CHINESE POT FARMS AND ALL THEY IMPLY

A frustrating string of constant reporting on CCP-directed (aka, drug cartel “owned”) pot farms in Maine and other states sends home the message that the Communist government of China is deeply embedded in the American economy. This article may focus on pot farms, but the reality is that pot farms are just one link in a chain of economic activity found in a shocking number of economic sectors: Transportation, warehousing, construction, hotels, accounting, law, and banking are just the most obvious ones.
Worse is the denial by governments like those in New York State and Connecticut who operate under the fool impression that legalized pot production puts illegal pot operations out of business. Instead, one of these days, they will discover that legal pot sales are a cover for illegal pot activity. According to an inquiry to the internet:
”New York State has a growing legal cannabis industry, with numerous licensed cultivators operating across the state. As of 2025, there are approximately 280 licensed adult-use cannabis cultivators, including large-scale operations and smaller, specialized farms. The industry began to take shape after New York legalized recreational marijuana in March 2021, with the first dispensaries opening in 2022.”
The key message of this article though is that the Communists are very good at leveraging one area of business activity to support another. So, for example, the many stories about Chinese entities acquiring farmland located near military facilities also provides a place to grow pot on the down low. Government officials are very slowly realizing that the farms in question are staging areas and hubs for so many other illegal activities. They form a triad of farmland, drugs and espionage. Then layered on top of that is smuggling and human trafficking.
The take home message to the federal government and state governments is that every last one of these entities need to be destroyed completely and utterly. Names must be named, sanctions must issued, and the banning of these activities need to be made real on a daily basis. How can one allow such operations to distribute illegal drugs, be staging areas for human trafficking, and spy on our miltary facilities? The short answer? The obvious answer? Our politicians are benefitting from all this illegal activity. American citizens will continue to be harmed, national security will continue to be compromised and the Communist Chinese will continue to eat away at America until somebody gets serious about eliminating this threat.
